At Blue Sky Bakery, every order is handcrafted in small batches and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives as fresh and delicious as possible.

Shipping Schedule

To help preserve freshness and minimize transit delays, orders are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday.

Orders placed later in the week may ship the following business week to avoid weekend transit delays.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to select U.S. states only.

We’re actively working to expand shipping availability and hope to offer delivery to additional states soon.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS, depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your package leaves our kitchen, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Holiday volume

  • Mechanical delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses

  • Delivery delays due to incomplete or inaccurate address details

  • Orders returned due to address errors

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because our cookies are perishable and may contain chocolate or other heat-sensitive ingredients, slight softening or melting during transit may occur, particularly during warmer weather.

This does not affect product safety or quality.

We take care in packaging orders appropriately for transit conditions, but cannot guarantee products will arrive unaffected by extreme temperatures.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit transfers to the carrier.

Blue Sky Bakery is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Carrier tracking issues

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
