When will my order ship?

Each batch is baked fresh to order and shipped the same day. To help ensure freshness and avoid weekend transit delays, all orders ship Monday through Wednesday unless you have specifically requested a ship date.
Once shipped, orders are sent via standard UPS delivery, which typically arrives within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?

Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and packaging requirements.
How are the cookies packaged for shipping?

Your order is baked and shipped the same day to ensure freshness. Each cookie is individually sealed and carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives beautifully. During warmer weather, additional protective packaging may be used to help maintain quality in transit.
Can I choose a delivery date?
