When will my order ship?

Because each batch is made fresh to order, orders are prepared and shipped the following week after your order is placed. To help ensure freshness and avoid weekend transit delays, all orders ship Monday through Wednesday only.
Once shipped, orders are sent via standard UPS delivery, which typically arrives within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?

Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and packaging requirements.
How are the cookies packaged for shipping?

Each cookie is individually sealed for freshness and carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives beautifully. During warmer weather, additional protective packaging may be used to help maintain quality in transit.
Can I choose a delivery date?
